Although we sometimes accept last-minute bookings, reservations for the following day are generally required to ensure car availability. These reservations help us determine the number of drivers needed each day, ensuring all our guests are satisfied and their trips are well-organized. Here are the steps:
- Click the ‘Book Now’ button on each service page or contact us via email, phone, the contact form, WhatsApp, or even a direct phone call.
- Our reservation team will respond promptly via email or WhatsApp.
- If you need assistance planning which attractions to visit, our driver will personally contact you to discuss the route.
- If you already have a planned itinerary, our driver can review it based on estimated travel times and current weather conditions. Any alternative plans will be discussed with you beforehand.
- Arrive at the agreed meeting time and pay the fee upfront in Indonesian Rupiah. This fee includes unlimited fuel, driver services, hotel pick-up/drop-off in popular areas, and tourist taxes. Other expenses, such as meals, parking fees, and entrance tickets, are to be covered by the guest.
- If you need to extend the 10-hour duration, the cost is USD 5 per hour.
- If your trip starts or ends outside the popular tourist areas (Seminyak, Legian, Kuta, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Sanur, Denpasar, Benoa Harbor, and Ngurah Rai Airport), an additional USD 10 fee will apply to cover the extra time and costs for the driver to return home.
